At MK Glam, we take pride in offering premium salon furniture crafted with quality and care. Every product is carefully inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our standards. If, however, you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing clear photos of the issue, along with your order number and contact information, to info@mkglam.ca. All returns must be pre-approved by our team and shipped back in their original packaging, unused, and in new condition. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status and process a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and a 15% restocking fee may apply for non-defective items. Customized, clearance, or special-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable. MK Glam reserves the right to deny any return that shows signs of use, alteration, or damage not caused during shipment. We strive to handle all return and refund requests promptly and fairly to ensure a smooth and professional experience for our valued customers.
